Are you a local artisan or green business? Do you have something to offer local wedding couples? If so we’d love to have you exhibit or showcase your creations, products or services at the Grassroots Wedding Fair.
The Grassroots Wedding Fair is no run of the mill trade show. Instead guests will experience a real Grassroots Wedding Reception complete with mouthwatering appetizers, decadent wedding cakes, music, beautiful flowers, a gift table and wedding favours.
Often wedding fairs leave couples feeling overwhelmed - at The Grassroots Wedding Fair they will have a reserved seat at their own table - a space to return to and relax in between visiting exhibitor tables and checking out the Grassroots Wedding Showcase.
Promotional Opportunities
The Grassroots Wedding Fair will be promoted in print and radio advertising, distributed fliers and through the customer newsletters of like-minded business partners. In addition, the following promotional opportunities are available for exhibitors:

- Logo, link and short description of your business on www.thegrassrootsweddingfair.com.
- Listing in the Grassroots Wedding Fair Resource Guide.
- Listing in print advertising.
- Opportunity to write a feature article or blog post for inclusion at www.thegrassrootsweddingfair.com.
- Appropriate event signage for all Grassroots Wedding Fair Showcase contributors.
- Promote your product or service to a highly committed demographic whose needs aren’t being met at traditional wedding fairs.
Display your wares
* cost is per table. Exhibitors may a share a table.
- Artisans - display your creations at a table on the Artisan’s Boardwalk.
- Businesses - show off your products or services at a table on the Merchant’s Promenade.

In addition, or instead of exhibiting at your own table, opportunities are available for artisans and merchants to showcase their offerings at the Grassroots Wedding Showcase*. Examples include:
- Wedding favours: your business marketing material attached to your theme appropriate small gift.
- Decorations: from floral arrangements to centre-pieces and décor - put your stamp on the venue.
- Culinary delights: contribute catering, beverages or sumptuous wedding cakes. **
- Sweet sounds: Musical entertainment throughout the Fair.
- Gift Table: At this wedding the guests get to leave with the gifts! You can earn a place at the gift table by contributing a door prize.
- Head Table: provide design/décor place settings for one of the Head Tables.
- Beauty: complimentary onsite hair and make-up will help guests get into the wedding mood.
- Bit Players from Wardrobe: display your wedding fashions and accessories on strolling models sure to catch the attention of all guests.
* All Showcase contributors will be clearly identified at the event and included in all advertising material.
** Staff will be on-site to serve food and beverages at no additional cost.
