- Product and Services Showcase - Showcase your services or products at the Gift Table, in gift bags and as part of the participatory Wedding Fair experience.
- Online presence:
- Logo, link and short description of your business on www.thegrassrootsweddingfair.com
- Opportunity to write a feature article or blog post for inclusion at www.thegrassrootsweddingfair.com. - Sales - on site sales to guests and other exhibitors.
- Networking with like-minded businesses.
We only accept exhibitors who uphold the ideals of sustainability. Every exhibitor must offer local and/or sustainable products or services. In addition their business practices must include one or more of the following: a "reduce/re-use/recycle/upcycle" policy and/or a waste reduction policy; carbon offsetting; support of community programming.
Join the Celebration
The Grassroots Wedding Fair is a truly participatory event with attendees not just imagining, but truly experiencing the wonder of our products and services. In addition to, or where appropriate instead of, exhibiting at your own table artisans may showcase their offerings throughout the fair: think wandering musicians, beautiful decorations, on-site hair dos, mini massages, make up touch up etc. We invite all exhibitors to make in-kind contributions to The Grassroots Wedding Fair experience.
