It all really started when my dream to own a vineyard finally came true. Vinicula Vineyard, 5 acres of grapes overlooking Lake Okanagan, included 40 fruit trees ripening all at once. So I started making jams and giving them to friends and family. Years of attending cooking seminars with one of Vancouver's finest chefs, inspired me to use virtually only seasonal, regional and organic products.
A lifelong passion for good food and wine inspires me to be constantly creating new and unique preserves.
My commitment is to provide you with healthy, local gourmet products that have a minimal impact on the environment.
Locally made handdipped beeswax candles. Our candles are pure 100% beeswax with no artificial scents, dyes, chemicals or mixes of other waxes. Our wick is 100% cotton and is dipped only in beeswax, not parafin.
